Lucie Tiger + Band took a lead role in the WC Handy Music Festival. The band played the opening night Kick Off Block Party on July 18, 2024. The show was a great success and featured on the front page of the Times Daily on Saturday July 20 plus the Times also featured a cache of photographs taken at the show on their website. 

Playing a set of all originals penned by Lucie, the band included Lucie (acoustic guitar and lead vocals) along with Jimbo Hart (bass guitar), Randy O'Dell and Desmond K. Smith (guitars) and Justin Holder (drums). 

Rollin' In The Hay featuring Donna Hall also played the show - a great way to kick off the WC Handy Festival.
