This was a very productive recording session and the atmosphere in the studio was great! Australian artist Lucie Tiger recorded nine songs in Muscle Shoals in early March 2025 and this was the first time she'd worked with Charles Holloman. 

Lucie wrote five songs and co-wrote four, and she carefully selected the musicians that she wanted for each song according to the vibe that she wanted. Lucie played acoustic rhythm guitar and she worked with Bob Wray (bass guitar) who has worked with Lucie on all her recordings in Muscle Shoals. Randy O'Dell played memorable electric guitar on five songs, Jordan Denton added his slide guitar and lead guitar magic on four songs. Clayton Ivey and Mark Narmore contributed keys to eight songs and one song, respectively. Mitch Mann added great harmonica to two songs and Tommy Harden played drums on all songs. Colin Lott was assistant engineer on the session.

It was a great surprise to find out a few days after this session, that Tommy Harden was nominated for an Academy of Country Music Award for Drummer of the Year - congratulations Tommy!

The recording process was relatively quick as always because Lucie records a demo for each song which very clearly reflects the song and its instrumentation, plus Bob Wray writes up the charts for each song.
