2120 Music was excited for our Muscle Shoals Songwriters Festival, and it was an amazing experience! It featured a host of successful songwriters plus multiple opportunities for emerging songwriters to showcase their talent. We had the opportunity to listen to and hang out with songwriters with multiple #1 hits including Grammy award winning songwriters including Tom Douglas as well as Mark Narmore, Phillip White, Sarah Buxton, the Leblanc family, and Kent Blazy to name a few.

A defining characteristic of the Festival, which also included workshop sessions with industry leaders, was the generosity of the hit songwriters who shared their insights in a practical, personal and meaningful way. The Festival was initiated in 2019 by Lillian Glanton and the MSSF Foundation and it was inspiring and informative for artists and managers alike. 2120 Music was happy to help sponsor this year's Opening Kick-off Party and Lucie Tiger picked up several opportunities to co-write with some leading songwriters - stay tuned! We'll be back for the Festival in 2023 and we strongly encourage songwriters and artist managers to attend as there are countless benefits.
