According to Casey LeVasseur (head of A&R/Artist Management at 3 Ring Circus Music & Records, Nashville) Everybody Knows Your Name has a bluegrass feel with a “really cool, Charlie Daniels Devil Went Down to Georgia vibe” (Muscle Shoals Songwriters Festival, 2023).
Brett Callwood of Music Connection Magazine featured Lucie Tiger as a Top Music Prospect 2024 and published a fantastic review of Everybody Knows Your Name:
The opening moments of “Everybody Knows Your Name” are a glorious surprise. There are bluegrass flourishes to this southern/country rock that takes it up another level entirely. The song is executed immaculately and, arguably more importantly, the attitude is dripping off of Tiger’s tongue with a startling level of authenticity and honestly (Music Connection Magazine - New Music Critique)
The final track off Lucie Tiger's album, ‘Greetings from Muscle Shoals’ (September 2024), Everybody Knows Your Name gets your attention from the very first note and quickly draws you into a tale of centered around a cheating guy and love gone wrong.
Lucie says, “It’s not a good idea for guys to mess with a songwriter and I’m sure there’s many girls like me who’ve quickly discovered the lies of the cheating kind of guy”. The song has also caught the attention of Lucie’s TikTok fans who clearly identify with her posts about bad dating scenarios.
Lucie Tiger has carved out her own unique brand of southern country rock built on her authenticity, energy and determination. Her music has found an appreciative audience following her move to America and she’s had the opportunity to share the stage with Grammy-winners Jimbo Hart and Gary Nichols, among the many top notch musicians in Muscle Shoals.

She means this shit, man! “Hummingbird” is a little more chill, but she’s still in it to win it. “Got the stereo turned up all the way, gotta let him know I’m coming ‘round today,” she sings. Oh, he’ll know! There’s simply no ignoring Tiger, as she roars through these tunes.
‘Everybody Knows Your Name’ was written and performed by Lucie Tiger (acoustic guitar, vocals) and features Bob Wray (bass guitar), Justin Holder (percussion) and Will McFarlane (electric guitar). Engineered by John Gifford III and mastered by Don Srygley. Like the songs that have influenced her, Lucie's music is recorded organically, with all musicians playing together in the studio, creating an authentic and vibrant sound.
