Lucie Tiger's latest single Bucket of Beers was released on May 3, 2024. To mark the occasion, Tennessee Valley Living television featured a live-to-air segment about the new single. Bucket of Beers which reached #1 on the Australian Country Songwriters Show, a nationally syndicated radio program broadcast across Australia. (ACSS-519 June 4, 2024)
Inspired by a comment that she looked like a ‘Champagne girl’, Lucie Tiger decided to set the record straight because there's nothing she likes better than hanging our with friends and sharing a bucket of beers. The single is quickly becoming a Summer favorite on streaming platforms.
To celebrate the release of Bucket of Beers, Lucie scheduled a band show in the Shoals and what a great show it was! The line-up featured killer guitars from Jordan Denton and Randy O'Dell, plus one of the best percussion sections in the Shoals with Jimbo Hart on bass and Justin Holder on drums. plus Brad Kuhn was on keys and Taylor Grace provided background vocals while Lucie Tiger was upfront on acoustic guitar and vocals.
Bucket Of Beers is the latest in a strong line of singles, including six singles that have charted on the Nashville MusicRow Country Breakout Chart. Lucie Tiger is the only independent Australian artist to achieve six singles on the MusicRow Chart over the last 2 ½ years.
An Australian now based in Muscle Shoals, Lucie Tiger continues to find success in the US with her brand of Southern country rock and it seems like everyone wants a piece of this “dive bar drinking, no strings kissing, Bob Seger singing kind of girl”.
Like all of her songs, Bucket of Beers was written by Lucie Tiger. Recorded at FAME Studios, the teams featured Bob Wray (bass), Brad Kuhn (keys), Will McFarlane (electric guitar), and Justin Holder (drums). The single was produced by John Gifford III, mixing engineer Colin Lott, and mastered by Chris Bethea.
